Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — for example, when you fill out our contact form, request a demo, or correspond with us by email — and information collected automatically when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

When Revware acts as your RCM partner, we receive PHI under a signed Business Associate Agreement. That data is segregated, encrypted, and access-controlled.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, run our products on your behalf under contract, send operational communications, and comply with legal obligations.

HIPAA & Security

Revware maintains technical, administrative, and physical safeguards consistent with HIPAA and SOC 2 Type II requirements. PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest; access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for site analytics and to remember basic preferences. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@revware.com. PHI requests are routed through your organization's designated privacy officer.
