Built by billing people who learned to ship software.
Here's the short version: we got tired of watching good billing teams lose money because their tools weren't built for the job. So we built better ones — and kept the operators in the room while we did it.
We didn't wander into healthcare. We came up in it.
The longer version: Revware was started by people who've spent years inside revenue cycle operations — managing claims, writing appeals, staring at aging reports, and wondering why the software was always ten steps behind the actual workflow.
We didn't start as a tech company that wandered into healthcare. We started as billing people who learned to build technology. That's an important distinction, because it means every product we've built solves a problem we've personally had. The denial prediction engine exists because we were tired of finding out about denials after the fact. The claims scrubber exists because clearinghouse edits weren't catching what needed catching. The IDR dashboard exists because we were tracking No Surprises Act disputes in spreadsheets and it was a disaster.
Today, Revware is a full-service RCM company with a product team embedded inside it. Our billing specialists and our engineers sit in the same meetings, look at the same data, and build toward the same goal: collect every dollar our clients have earned, as fast as possible, with as little friction as possible.
[If there's a specific founder story, origin moment, or "why we started this" anecdote — drop it here.]
We could list corporate values. We'd rather tell you how we operate.
You get the same dashboards we use internally. We don't curate what you see — every denial, every dollar, every payer pattern is right there.
We track ourselves against your KPIs, not ours. If your denial rate isn't dropping, that's our problem to fix.
We ship fast. New AI features go from concept to production in weeks, not quarters. If something is broken in your revenue cycle, we don't study it for six months. We fix it.
We'll tell you if something isn't working. We'd rather have an uncomfortable conversation now than a surprise on your financial statement later.
